As its the close season and usually fairly quiet GO is delighted to bring you a monthly barbecue recommendation.
This months recommendation is
Monkfish and Chorizo skewers
Skewer a cube of Monkfish followed by a slice of Chorizo, a cherry tomato and your choice from pepper (red or green) or sweet red onion. Continue until skewer is 3/4 full. Place on barbecue and cook for 4 minutes each side.
Bloody gorgeous.
Our drinks expert recommends that this dish is best consumed with alcohol.

Sounds good. I've just eaten octopus in a tomato, red wine and cinnamon sauce, sipping a cold, complex but very nice white wine whilst overlooking the Aegean.
And I used to think half term's were shit.

I don't want to provoke the envy of the entire forum, but I own Harry Wainman's old BBQ.
His good lady wife is my mother-in-law's best friend and when Harry upgraded his BBQ he passed his old one on to us.

Well, as it's now June, can we have this months recommendation, because Chorizo and Monkfish skewers is scarily cosmopolitan for me.
